What a CAE platform is, and what it is not
A CAE platform is the tool a client uses to collect and check the documents of every company that works at its site. It is not a certificate, it does not replace your prevention service and it does not decide anything by itself: the criteria are set by the client.
That is why the same document can be accepted by one client and rejected by another, even inside the same platform.
The platforms you will meet most often
The names change, the structure does not. These are the ones that appear most in Spain.
- Nalanda and Dokify: very common across sectors.
- CTAIMA and e-coordina: frequent in industry and services.
- Metacontratas: often used where workers, vehicles and machinery are checked separately.
- Obralia: typical in construction, with the documents of that sector.
- Others such as Twind, 6conecta or eGestiona, with the same logic.
What changes from one platform to another
The differences are rarely technical. What changes is who set up the requirements, which documents are demanded for your activity, how often they have to be renewed and how strict the reviewer is.
This is why a company already approved for one client often has to start almost from zero with the next one.
Pending, rejected and approved
A pending document may simply be waiting for review. A rejected one normally comes with a comment explaining the reason: a missing signature, a wrong date, a name that does not match or a file uploaded under the wrong requirement.
Reading that comment before uploading anything again is what saves days of waiting.
How to prepare before you start
Ask the client for the invitation email, the name of the platform and the list of requirements. Then gather the company documents, the documents of each worker who will enter and those of the vehicles or machinery you will bring.
Uploading a complete and correct file from the beginning is the fastest way to get access.
How EntraObra can help
We work every day with these platforms. We review what your client asks for, prepare and upload the documents, correct whatever comes back rejected and keep track of expiry dates.
We are not the platform and we do not represent your client: the final validation is always theirs.
