Access starts with the client invitation
In e-coordina you do not usually decide which documents to upload. The main company or client registers you and configures the requirements for its work centre.
Keep the invitation email and confirm with the client which site or service you have been registered for. Without that detail it is easy to upload correct documents to the wrong place.
Company, workers and equipment are three separate blocks
A common mistake is to think that company documents are enough. Each block is usually reviewed separately and any of them can stop access.
- Company or self-employed: registration, being up to date with payments, insurance and preventive arrangement.
- Workers: social security registration, training, risk information, protective equipment and medical fitness where required.
- Equipment: vehicles, machinery or tools that will enter, with their own documents.
Pending and rejected documents
A pending document may simply be waiting for review. A rejected one almost always comes with a comment explaining what is missing: a signature, a date, a name that does not match or a file that does not belong to that requirement.
Reading that comment carefully and correcting exactly what is asked normally saves several review rounds and days outside the work centre.
Independent document support
EntraObra is not e-coordina and does not act on its behalf. We offer independent administrative and documentary support: we check what is requested, prepare the documents and help you keep them up to date.
The final validation always depends on the client or on whoever reviews the file.
