Four separate files, not one
It helps to stop thinking of it as one folder. Metacontratas checks each element that will physically be on the site, and each one is approved on its own. A company that is fully approved can still have a van refused.
- Company: tax and social security registration, clearance certificates, public liability insurance with its receipt, and the preventive organisation.
- Workers: contract or registration, job specific training, risk information, medical fitness and PPE delivery records.
- Vehicles: registration document, technical sheet with a valid roadworthiness test, and the insurance policy.
- Machinery: CE declaration of conformity, marking, instruction manual and the last maintenance record.
The same company, different requirements per site
Requirements in Metacontratas are configured by the client, and often by the specific site. Two jobs for the same client can ask for different things, which surprises contractors who assume that being approved once covers everything.
It is worth checking the requirement list for each new site rather than assuming the previous one applies. That single habit prevents most last minute surprises.
When the gate stays closed
If access has been refused, the cause is almost always one of a short list, and none of them are about the platform being difficult:
- The insurance policy is valid but the receipt proving it is paid belongs to the previous period.
- A clearance certificate has expired; they are valid for a short time only.
- The vehicle entering is not the one registered in the file.
- Machinery has no CE declaration available, only the purchase invoice.
- Everything was uploaded the day before, leaving no margin to correct anything.
How EntraObra can help
We start from the requirement list your client has actually configured, prepare each of the four files separately, upload each document under the requirement it belongs to and follow the statuses until they clear. If something is rejected, we interpret the comment and prepare the correction rather than re uploading the same file.
EntraObra is not Metacontratas and does not act on its behalf, and we are not an external prevention service. Anything that must be issued by an accredited body we coordinate with your provider. The final authorisation to enter is always the client's decision.
