Data we may receive
The form requests only name or company, telephone number, email address and a short description of what you need. When you submit it, the data is sent to the website's technical service solely to forward your request to our contact mailbox. The website does not create a customer account or add the details to a website CRM or database.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data you send to deal with your enquiry, contact you and, where relevant, assess a CAE document-management proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and, for voluntary enquiries, our legitimate interest in replying.
Retention
We retain messages and related information for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, if there is a contractual relationship, for the applicable statutory periods. If no relationship is entered into, data will be deleted or anonymised when no longer needed, unless retention is required by law.
Recipients and providers
We do not sell data or disclose it to third parties for advertising. The website is hosted on Vercel and the contact mailbox is managed through Hostinger. If you enable advertising measurement, Google Ads may process technical browsing data and conversion events to measure advertising campaigns. These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services and under their own agreements and security measures.
International transfers
The form is not configured to intentionally send data to advertising networks or analytics tools. If a technology provider uses sub-processors outside the EEA, processing will be subject to the safeguards required by law and made available by that provider. This policy will be updated if new tools make that necessary.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability where applicable. To exercise your rights, email info@entraobra.es and state the right you wish to exercise. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD): www.aepd.es.
Security
We apply reasonable measures to protect information we receive. However, no transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
